Temp sensor acting up

I'm trying to see if my temp sensor's toast. The fan comes on when I unplug it, but it won't run during normal ops. I might not be getting it hot enough. Anyone know what temp the fan should cut on? Don't wanna fry my motor

Yea I'll look up the specific temp for my model, it is good to know unplugging triggers the fan as a safety
