Thinking about adding power steering to my 2024 Sportsman 450. I've heard there are a couple of aftermarket kits out there.

Anyone have experience with them? Looking for the best option in terms of reliability and ease of installation. I'm also still not sure whether to get aftermarket. Are there even OEM options for this one?

I think SuperATV EZ Steer is the way to go. I've had it on my ride since 2017, and the dealer put it on. It's a bit pricier now but I think it's worth it. You can find a ton of reveiws on their site and in some forums if you look up EZ Steer

Power steering is definitely a worthwhile upgrade for doing long rides or working in rough terrain, polaris does have an OEM EPS setup for some models, and while it's more expensive, it's plug and play and fully integrated

That's funny timing. A couple of years ago, I helped a friend put a SuperATV EZ Steer on his old 570, and I gotta say, it really turned things around for him. It was a game changer, especially on those narrow trails and when carrying heavier loads. The installation wasn't too tricky, as long as you've got some basic tools and a bit of patience. If you have a bit more to spend, Polaris OEM EPS is pretty nice too, but the aftermarket options are still really good. Have you had much chance to work at night or hit the trails where you felt like you could really use it?

@7Up! I have experience like this with a SuperATV power steering kit. They are a direct bolt on unit on Polaris, fits neatly under the plastics, and the wiring is straightforward. you just connect to the battery and the ignition. The instructions are usually very clear, and the steering assist is immediate.
For reliability and ease of installation, you can't go wrong with a well known brand like them
