I am slowly losing my mind on my 800, it's starts a little bit but it's not holding it, you know what I mean? Spark and compression looks okay. Swapped out the fuel pump, injector, sensors, even checked the wiring but still the same results. Is it possible that the system's getting too much fuel? Not sure what else to check, really. Any advice would mean a lot! Please!

Sounds like it could be flooding if it starts then dies quickly, yunno even with good spark and compression, too much fuel can kill it, so check the fuel pressure regulator and maybe the ECU fuel maps if you can

I think it's probably the ECU or wiring. You should check the fuel pressure regulator and scan for any error codes. Flooding from too much fuel usually stops the engine from starting, but yours starts for a bit. So, it looks like a timing or control thing instead.

What about fuel flow? Maybe there's something clogged that isn't pushing enough fuel? You already did most of what I was going to say, so at this point I'm just throwing things out there hoping something will help.

Hey @WorkingApricot740, sounds frustrating for sure. Since it fires then dies, I’d lean toward checking the fuel pressure regulator and maybe the ECU. Sometimes they throw the mix off even with new injectors. Did you happen to scan for any codes yet?
